Shipping & Production
How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
After your item is produced and shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
Why does it take a few days for my order to ship?
We do not keep pre-printed inventory. Every item is printed specifically for you after you place an order. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste and overproduction.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package during delivery.
Orders & Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders enter production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after purchase. If you need help, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before printing begins.
I entered the wrong address
Be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the item has not entered production yet, we can update the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend checking the measurements and comparing them with a shirt or hoodie you already own before ordering.
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing.
Washing & Care
How should I wash my clothing?
To keep your print looking its best:
• Turn garment inside out
• Wash cold
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the printed design.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it.
My item arrived damaged or wrong
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We will review the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as any payment methods supported by our secure checkout provider.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. International availability may be added in the future.
