Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellations

All items sold by Rare Label Clothing Co. are made to order. This means your product begins processing shortly after your purchase is completed.

Because of this, orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this time, your order may already be in production and can no longer be stopped.


How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

support@rarelabelco.com

Include the following information in your email:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for cancellation

If your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Orders Already in Production

Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. This includes:

  • Changing sizes

  • Changing colors

  • Updating designs

  • Changing shipping address

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.


Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused or returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If a package is returned to us, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
