Return & Refund Policy


Made-to-Order Products

All items sold by Rare Label Clothing Co. are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not keep pre-printed inventory.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect from what you ordered

If your order has an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, email:

support@rarelabelco.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A photo showing the issue

We will review the request and send a replacement at no additional cost if approved.


Refunds

Because items are custom made, refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was sent

Refunds are not issued for sizing issues. Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the correct fit.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges since each item is produced individually after ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart on the product page before purchasing.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to locate the package.

Rare Label Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund

  • Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee
