Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. This means your item is printed after you place your order and is not pulled from pre-made inventory.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • New product drops

  • High order volume periods

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Time

After your order has shipped, delivery time depends on your location.

United States: typically 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors outside of our control.


Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the email is sent.


Multiple Item Orders

Some orders may ship in separate packages.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times depending on production and availability.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery

  • Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee to resend

  • Orders are not eligible for a refund

Please double-check your address before completing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Rare Label Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Contact your local post office

International Shipping

At this time we primarily ship within the United States.
International shipping may be offered in the future.
